<div>
Add to: one avocado, one small chopped (and deseeded!) tomato (which you can fry a bit with the onions if you want).</div>
<div>
Mash all together with salt and cayenne pepper to taste. </div>
<div>
Eat with any meat, in tortilla wraps, with nachos or dipping vegetables, arepas, etc etc etc. </div>

Strips of chicken breast coated with a mixture of: chickpea flour, garlic powder, cumin, black pepper, dried coriander, paprika, salt, herbs de Provence, and a bit of dried oregano. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both;">
Fried. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both;">
They were delicious, and a bit crispy on the outside, but the coating was obviously too thin compared to KFC. Double dip? Make a batter not a dry coating? Hmm. Research will be done. </div>
